Call for Exhibitors

Support and Recognition Opportunities

Prior to the event, and before acknowledgement of support can be published, a fully-executed Agreement for Commercial Support is required for grants and in-kind contributions.  Educational grants and in-kind/product support are independent and separate from exhibits and all other promotional opportunities.  Cleveland Clinic adheres to all guidelines of the ACCME Standards of Commercial Support.

Exhibit Packages

The Exhibit Pavilion will be located on the same level as the session rooms.  Space at the Exhibit Pavilion will be sold on a first come, first served basis with Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald supporters taking priority.

Diamond Level Package ($50,000)

• Formal recognition as Diamond Level Exhibitor on official Congress material (printed and electronic)
• Premium Island exhibit space (up to 16’ x 20’ booth) in Exhibit Pavilion
• One Full page advertisement in printed Congress Program Book
• Six complimentary Congress registrations for company personnel and six exhibit only registrations (delegate registrations allow access to all social events)
• Six guest rooms available in headquarter hotels at Congress room rate, based on availability
• Insert in delegate tote bag
• Congress pre-registration and final registration lists

 

Ruby Level Package ($25,000)

• Formal recognition as Ruby Level Supporter  on official Congress material (printed and electronic)
• Premium exhibit space (up to 10’ x 16’ booth) in Exhibit Pavilion
• One 1/2 page advertisement in printed Congress Program Book
• Four complimentary Congress registrations for company personnel and four exhibit only registrations (delegate registrations allow access to all social events)
• Insert in delegate tote bag
• Congress pre-registration and final registration lists

 

Sapphire Level Package ($15,000)

• Formal recognition as Sapphire Level Supporter  on official Congress material (printed and electronic)
• Standard exhibit space (8’ x 10’ booth) in Exhibit Pavilion
• One 1/4 page advertisement in printed Congress Program Book
• Two complimentary Congress registrations for company personnel and two exhibit only registrations  (delegate registrations allow access to all social events)
• Congress pre-registration and final registration lists

 

Emerald Level Package ($5,000)

• Formal recognition as Emerald Level Supporter on official Congress material (printed and electronic)
• Standard exhibit space (8’ x 10’ booth) in Exhibit Pavilion
• Up to four complimentary Exhibit Only registrations for company personnel
• Congress pre-registration and final registration lists
