Each Member/Non-Member/Resident/Allied Health registration includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions, poster hall, and exhibit hall
- Badge, final program booklet, abstract book
- Online CME Certificate
- Continental Breakfasts and Refreshment Breaks
- Two lunches
- Three Receptions including Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Closing Reception
Guest registration includes:
- Three Receptions including Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Closing Reception
Additional tickets can be purchased for the following meal/events:
- Welcome Reception – Friday, June 15, 2012 at Renaissance Cleveland Hotel - $75
- Cleveland Clinic Reception – Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Cleveland Clinic - $75
- Closing Reception - Monday, June 18, 2012 at Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - $125
Registration Cancellation Policy
If cancellation received by May 14, 2012, refund less $100 cancellation fee. If cancellation received after May 14, 2012 no refund.

When you book your hotel reservation within the room block, you are supporting the 17th World Congress and enabling us to offset meeting expenses. More information is available in Hotel Accommodations.
Registration for the 17th World Congress is required in order to reserve your hotel room. After completing your registration, you will be given the opportunity to book your room reservation. If you are unsure of your travel plans at this time, you will have the opportunity to return to the site later and add a reservation to your existing registration.
